I am here to answer any home building questions you may have, explain in detail our home building processes or procedures, materials used and building practices that set us apart from other builders. Basically, I’m here to answer any possible questions you may have about the overall structural build or quoting process.

I often times meet potential clients and realtors out on client’s personal lots to do a quick site overview and inform clients on potential lot related costs. I am always driving in and out of our neighborhoods, so chances are, when you call I can meet you at one of our homes under construction and I can show you the quality of construction. Not everyone enjoys the customer service aspect of their job, but thankfully I can say that is one of my favorite parts. Every current client has my phone number and every past buyer does too!

ANSWER QUESTIONS: After contract I will be available to answer any building related questions you might have. You will have my direct phone number from the moment you get in contact with our company. I will schedule a Pre-Construction meeting with you before we start to build to review your floor plan, customized interior selections and detail and answer any questions you may have about the process.

COMMUNICATION: I have learned that every home owner expects a different level of involvement to feel comfortable throughout their build. My goal is to tailor our communication style to best suite YOU the client. This means there are certain clients that will want to sit back, have us do our thing and be involved as little as possible. On the other side there are also clients that like to meet on the job site to ask questions as construction progresses on a monthly, Bi-weekly or weekly basis. However involved YOU want to be, I want to make sure you are comfortable and confident about every step of your custom build.

MAINTAIN STRONG CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIPS: The biggest factor in getting quality work out of your subcontractors and suppliers is having strong honest relationships with the companies we contracted to do work on your behalf. I believe good relationships=good business. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with some of Tri-Cities best contractors. They not only provide quality craftsmanship in every Muzzy build, they also enjoy working with us! Good relationships with Subs means lower prices, better quality, and their work getting done on schedule for YOU our clients!

We don’t just build houses, we build relationships! By the time your home build is complete we will have also built a great friendship with you as well! We like to keep our personalized service through to the end of your warranty period, we don’t pass you off to an out of town 3rd party warranty line. I or one of my team members will be the individuals that will call you to check in and see if you have any questions or warranty items after the build.

I enjoy how busy building homes keeps me! There is always something to be done and I enjoy the challenge of getting a home build done to the high standard that I expect from our trades. A homeowner trusting me to build them a quality custom home for their family is a big deal to me. I don’t take this responsibility lightly! I enjoy making sure your home is built to the same quality standards I would expect for my own family.

Everything does not go perfect in construction. But I believe in picking up the phone and handling things ASAP, this means honest communication. I am not here to sugar coat everything to make it sound perfect, I am here to use my knowledge and learned skills to manage your job site to the best of my ability and communicate related items with you throughout your build. I will be straight forward and honest with you while we all have a good time building your custom home. My goal is to make sure you enjoy your home build process every step of the way and that you get the quality you expect.

Born and raised in the Tri-Cities area, I started in Drywall at the age of 14, helping my Dad every day after school.  I found I enjoyed working hard and enjoyed learning everything their was to know about the construction trades I was around every day. 

At 19 I took a job with a local home builder and within the first couple months I was managing all of the home builds in a subdivision here in Kennewick.  At 22 I took another project management position at another local custom home building company here in town where Stephanie and I worked as a team for over 8 years to manage the building of 60 homes a year in roughly 7 different cities around our area. 

Our desire to do what is right for each customer and help them truly customize their home lead us to starting our own company.  This has allowed us to give more time and attention to our clients, more communication and overall a better custom build experience.
